Our Mission
We have set a mission of converting other subsidiaries of M/s Shama into environmentally friendly businesses. Company has recently started an initiative of developing eco- friendly product development centre, which is quite rare in a developing country like Bangladesh. Management has adopted several environmentally conscious actions to reduce, recycle and reuse raw materials and waste materials; minimizing the impact of transportation, energy and water usage while processing; donating or contributing to environmental groups; and most importantly, adoption of a environmental policy towards reductions in air, water and noise pollution during manufacturing processes. Some of our major goals for upcoming years will be to gain a competitive advantage in the field of product and service innovation, development of new industries, marketing the firm to customers, winning the strategic support of the government and client groups.
